Help Wanted – HOA Board Needs VP

Our HOA Board is short one member. This makes it harder for the three of us to meet your needs. If you are a homeowner who is willing and able to serve, please let us know by emailing admin@myevergreenHOA.com.

HOA President

Our HOA President, Nate Webb, recently relocated to Utah. The board has decided Vice President, Joel Bartels, will take over until the next annual meeting (fall 2021). Our website has been updated to reflect the change. – June 30, 2021

2021 HOA Dues

Hello Neighbors!

It’s that time of year again! Each home had an invoice delivered with the HOA dues for 2021.
Attached is the 2020 budget for viewing. Please note there were no projects tackled and I want to ensure that everyone is able to review.

The website has had technical difficulties and has made it difficult to upload. Our HOA account balance is significantly higher than projected due to buy ins and lack of expenditures and I just want to ensure that you see the numbers.
