It’s that time of year again! Each home had an invoice delivered with the HOA dues for 2021.
Attached is the 2020 budget for viewing. Please note there were no projects tackled and I want to ensure that everyone is able to review.
The website has had technical difficulties and has made it difficult to upload. Our HOA account balance is significantly higher than projected due to buy ins and lack of expenditures and I just want to ensure that you see the numbers.
